Meet the Authors

Alika and Rahul are a typical Mom and Dad couple. Their focus has been on raising lovely children and their priority has been the family unit. They have careers and have worked in jobs for a number of years. However their mindset is different. Their pay check goes towards growing real assets which is bringing them to their financial independence.

Over the last nine years they have grown a substantial residential portfolio with houses in many parts of New Zealand and Australia. They have seen first hand how their jobs have helped them immensely in achieving this. They have read almost every book that exists in the property investment arena and have combined these learning's with their own experience and principles to achieve success. They are now determined to share this knowledge with others with the core purpose of helping people achieve their dreams.

This Mom and Dad pair also have an effective strategy for sharing their wealth through perpetual philanthropy. The concept here is that the eventual mortgage free rents will go to charities in New Zealand and overseas. They are ready to embark on a project to create a series of helpful books for Mums and Dads under the brand Get Mad About. This book "Buy and Hold for all that Gold" is the first in the series.
